By booking with Art Nail Studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Appointment Deposit

A non-refundable $20 booking deposit is required to reserve each appointment and will be applied toward your final balance.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

24 hours' notice is required for any cancellation, rescheduling, or service change.

Changes made within 24 hours, including no-shows, will incur a 50% charge for the affected service(s). Any deposit paid will be applied toward that amount.

Repair Policy

Complimentary repairs are available only within 7 days of the original service and are subject to professional assessment.

Repairs may be offered as a paid service up to 10 days after the original appointment, depending on the condition of the nails and the nature of the issue.

After 10 days, repairs are no longer available. At that point, Art Nail Studio reserves the right to recommend and offer a full new manicure service instead.

Service Wear & Polish Guarantee

Wear time may vary based on each client's natural nail condition, lifestyle, aftercare, length, and daily activity.

Art Nail Studio does not guarantee the longevity of regular nail polish or standard gel polish. Any concerns will be reviewed in accordance with our repair policy and professional assessment.

Service Acceptance

We kindly ask that you review your nails before leaving the salon. Once you leave the salon, the service is considered accepted. Any further correction requests will be handled in accordance with the salon's repair policy and professional assessment.

Non-Refundable Services

All services rendered are non-refundable. If concerns arise, we are committed to reviewing and addressing service-related issues in accordance with salon policy.

Technician Availability

If your technician becomes unavailable due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, the salon reserves the right to reschedule your appointment with another available technician or offer the nearest alternative appointment.

Personal Contact Information

To protect the privacy of our team, clients may not request, share, or exchange personal contact information with staff members for services outside of Art Nail Studio.

Outside Arrangements

Services arranged privately with team members outside of Art Nail Studio are independent of the salon, and Art Nail Studio assumes no responsibility, liability, or service guarantee.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for informing the salon prior to service of any allergies, sensitivities, injuries, infections, or conditions that may affect the safety or quality of the service.

Nail & Cuticle Services

By booking, clients understand that nail and cuticle services involve detailed grooming. While every precaution is taken, minor sensitivity or accidental nicks may occasionally occur.

Add-Ons & Service Upgrades

Any requested upgrades, enhancements, or add-on services approved during the appointment are considered accepted service selections and are billable accordingly.

By booking or signing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
